Watercolor cake

Both tiers were double barrel cakes with chocolate ganache and white chocolate ganache.

Several new techniques were used - the top tier is covered in gold sugarsheet and the flower is made from wafer paper.

Bottom tier was handpainted.

Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head Cake

I first sketched out the picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and then I went about painting it onto the cake free hand. it wasn't the easiest of processes but I was happy with the final result.

The cake was for a wedding where the couple wanted painted silhouettes on the cake to represent how they met and places they went together.

Dandelion Wedding Cake

Another wedding cake hand painted with dandelions and love. The top tier was praline buttercream over a chocolate cake and the bottom tier was all classic white cake with strawberry buttercream filling and frosting.
